Every day is a challenge and some days is bored nothing going on. Then I go and have a look and get tips from my co workers in jobs thy do. I learn for heath & safety part time. I love it when my co workers come to me and ask me staff and I can help them.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion is very slim
Cons: I have no problem to work long hours
