I am a very dedicated employee that seeks to growth in every moment spent at work. My cheerful personality has allowed me to become a valuable employee in all my previous employments. I seek adventure in all the tasks that are handed to me and I meet every challenge with determination. Through the past 9 years of my working life, I have learnt to listen, that patience is a virtue, working smart saves myself and the organisation, money and time and to priorities my duties to ensure I complete all of them. As an individual, I have grown to be a strong and independent young woman who strive in pressured situation. I am able to be led and willing to led at any given opportunity granted to me. I have proven to be an asset in all the companies I have worked for and am ready to tackle new challenges.

Eye opener, profound and it really is an excellent learing curve.

Company is well organised and the structure is of a great nature. Management... no comment Hours are workable. So much to learn in little time. A great skills development programme through their training and via learning their systems.

Pros: opportunity for promotions. growth. skikls development and acquisition.
Cons: hectic schedules and long hours

Excellent learning curve

My company does serviced office management and my job is to manage operations for multiple small national and international companies, I have learned to adapt to different management styles different personality and different companies cultures my job is to sell my company to clients on a daily bases building relationships and up selling our services, I have learned the art of running a smooth efficient service that exceeds the expectations and needs of clients.

Pros: Great place to master customer services and sales environment.
Cons: limited growth oportunities

Very fruitful career wise

The most challenging aspect of the job is that its very far from where i stay and i spend almost half of my salary on transport. It is a very great environment to work at, you meet different people and you get exposed to the corporate world. You learn a lot especially patience and how to deal with different people.

Cons: No growth withing the company
