I have learned to be a great manager and effective leader you have to embrace the changes within a company and motivate your team to accept the changes. You cannot be a susses full manager without a supportive team at your side. Great international exposure. Working with different cultures from different countries. Challenges of language barriers including different legislation within those countries. Knowledge is key learning and research must be part of your daily routine. Build a healthy relationship with your fellow workers, partners and managers they are your greatest support. I embraced each challenge and I made it my personal goal to resolve these challenges with the best tools and people at my side. When you fall down get up and learn from your mistakes.

Not recommended

No growth potential, or financial opportunities. Management doesn't encourage or enable lower level management. Everyone for themselves mentality. Broken promises. Highlight is the amazing clients that actually appreciate your efforts

Pros: If lucky, u could get a good line manager for a few months,until they change again
Cons: No growth potential, management not willing to assist with lower level growth. High staff turnover

Growth

I've learnt a lot in terms of operations administration. This has edified my expiruence. I've learnt how to work well with others, this has been a great deal if growth as I had been an introvert. Customer Service is a joy. Especially when your clients recognise and appreciate your work. This is the case for me.

Pros: Challenging, fast-paced.
Cons: No opportunities for promotion

Excellent learning curve

Busy environment,receiving and screening calls, attending to client queries and give best support to them, building good relations with co-workers and clients. Booking clients and checking out Ensuring offices and boardrooms are in good conditiond for our clients
