Students mentality

Running production with one machine is really typical. When we have too much stock and machine starts to over heat and we're forced to leave them for an hour. My co_workers are such wonderful people easy to handle even when I was acting supervisor are never had any problems and is about understanding of one another. I've learned to be patient with new employees with regard the fact that they don't experience and not understanding what is recycling all about. I enjoyed to give report to the staff"feedback " or even speech. When I have to do manual dispatching for trucks because the company doesn't have big scale for code14 trucks.

Fast learner

I enjoy the comapy were i work but i cant really grow there i am looking for something els so i can grow and i enjoy challenges i am a team player and also help other if needed i enjoy a nice enviroment at work and i am a hard worker and a fast learner

Students mentality

When we are running production with one machine. When it is raining. Over stock. My relationship with my colleagues is amazing,they care I care as well. I have learned to act as a supervisor for nightshift, to driver forklift and jcb. When the is less stock. To see the yard clean on Mondays. The challenging part is when I have to operate and maintain as well.

Working with Mahlatse Maponya

I am eployed as Electrician and what i like is that they also giving me a chance to shows case other skills. I am completing each and every given task on time, signing the job cards. I am not just a worker but a team player. I am an outspoken person treating other person with respect regardless of race, culture, religion and sex. I have almost 6 months working at Remade so far job wise there is nothing i have learnt. Whatever skills i have , i learnt from my previous employer Ocean Echo Properties. The most challengin aspect of my job is when i work on device which has PLCs

Pros: I am a hardworking person and multi-skilled
Cons: I can take pressure and work overtimes/long hours or even weekend when required
