Working with me

On Mondays we start with a forcadt meeting, with the sales Manager and Workshop Manager and parts Manager, we repeat the sawensme meeting We. We are a very good and well allinngt team, we work as one. We have a Forcadt meeting at the beging of the month were we work through each departments budget and fircadt for the minth. I am self involve with my used cars since 'n dont have a manager at the time and are checking each trade in to maximise profitibilitu.

Pros: I enjoy working at the Company and we all work as one team.
Cons: There are no possibility of growth since we are an independintly owned Company

Gaining great experience

I'm self motivated, I'm able to work long hours when needed, I can do anything in my power to ensure client satisfaction, I'm a team player- able to assist my team workers with their duties to help speeding up the process. I have learn't that honesty is the best policy, whatever situation you might come across.. just be honest. I enjoy reaching targets that's the best feeling I always like to have because it is really frustrating to not deliver whats expected of you and also when the client changes his/her mind about the deal that's a bit of a challenge.
