Great learning opportunity in the automotive industry

A typical day at work would be , waiting to get files from upper management or fellow colleagues and ensuring everything, client's details , correct quote and so forth , is accurate on the system as well as in the files. Once done , the files are converted into jobs , which are then sent into production. My colleagues are amazing individuals , never a dull moment with these amazing people. We work as a team to get things done , we help each other where we can and that's what i love the most about my colleagues within my department. I have learnt a lot while working at Renew-it , my typing skills were challenged a lot as well as my knowledge of Microsoft Excel. I have also learnt a lot about cars as we deal with 100's of cars on a daily basis. The most challenging aspect of the job would be , in this industry it is very easy to pin something on someone as each department depends on the next in order to get things done and because of this I have learnt a lot indeed.

Pros: Since we all have interlinking jobs , you learn a lot about some else's job
Cons: The learner stipend received

Communicate production for inspiration

I personally enjoy team working because i believe peoples week points differ, so i learn easily on practical. Prefer to communicate work only during work period. I have learned to work under pressure as my shop is the busiest shop. I enjoy solving technical problems even when my mentor is not arround and have no mistake. We mostly work without planning most of the time because of lack of communication.
