Thank you for the opportunity. Greeting office staff. Every morning go to the workshop approach each operator to resolve problem findings and keep communicating. Respond to emails and attend meetings. Action design work, BOM’S, costing, sales department enquiries. Colleagues and workshop staff have the confidence and comfortability to approach me. Enjoy supporting & working as a team. Like challenges & provide solutions. I’ve learnt people change becoming owners of a company, product driven and not people driven, salary cuts to the bone, disrespect to employees. Its only their way. Challenging part is to keep positive knowing that the whole workshop, planner and sales staff left. Been overload with their work. Do more for less. While uncertain what you will take home and job security. I still have a positive outlook to make a difference. I believe in GOD, I love my family and they come first. Thank you.

Working at renold crofts was a good experians and i learned a lot in my time there all the pthe experians that i learned at renold crofts Will always be with me A ta day at work was always good and you wanted to be there and you enjoyed your work and what you do With all the peopel working there where always help full and friendly The salary was good and the benefits was good as well I realy liked my work and the compony downsized asome time back If theopel working there where good peopel

Great Learning Curve

A typical workday Greet and follow up with workshop staff on ways of improvements both ways. Attend meetings as required. Planning, following up and prioritize of work. Design and draw manufacturing components for various applications. Your relationship with co-workers Excellent relationship by working together and assisting each other with workload. Communication and understanding is key personally and professionally. What you have learnt. Get more knowledge on new products, calculations and software. What you enjoy most. Working with a team that is dedicated and honest. The most challenging aspects of the job. Not given the right tools in order for you to complete of what was asked.
