I wouldn't lie they were good times but now I wouldn't recommend working there to anyone especially if you applying for lower posts like marketing agent.

Good learning curve and an opportunity to take leadership role

Great leadership opportunity. Busy days everyday with new challenges. Great working with our agents and great relationship with Regional and Sales General Manager. Enjoy leading the best sales team in the Region and Country. Enjoy interacting with different Branch Managers and clients. Challenges are traveling to different areas, but traveling presents new opportunities to see new people everyday.

Work was too challenging because it need a person who have tender and care

Work was sometimes challenging because you have to work hard to make customers understand about the products and rewards and also you have to always reach the monthly target

I consider myself to be a person of strong character and integrity

I really do like my Job, the only con will be that there is not much room for growth, i currently manage the office and stores, i am the assistant to our financial manager which aswell as the PA to our CEO, I assist Generally with all employee needs and requirements, i have flexible hours which i really do like, a definite pro. I am honestly just looking for some sort of career growth, something to motivate me whilst leading to potential career growth.

Achievements at retail engage

Working at retail engage has taught me lot of stuff that I didn't know like taking a good care of company merchandise, managing minimum of 20 agents daily. They report sales to me, tell me about clients complain if there is any. We have different area manager's all over the country we communicate share ideas on how to achieve our daily work. When we have problems like devices of agents are not working properly for few days that's challenging because customers come back to us wanting feedback. The chances of getting a promotion is 40% and most likely older people in company are the one's getting promoted.
