Wonderful experience
Working at a retail outlet has made me realize that there is a lot more to it than just a normal working day. You work with lots of different people daily and have to assist with their needs. If it is requesting time off because their child needs to be taken care of or a funaral of a family member. Woking with their hours received from HR and making sure they get paid correctly and just being there for them and a shoulder to cry on when they need it the most.

Great learning experience
Working as a merchandiser on nightshifts 11hours a day, 6 days a week and working as a delivery truck assistant 7:00 to 17:00 5 days a week on day shifts. The relationship between the co-workers is very good . I've learned how to communicate with customers and how to merchandise. I really enjoyed merchandising. Making deliveries got challenging in the beginning

A typical day at work includes managing staff attendance, uniform inspection, disciplinary action, counseling of staff, supervising of casiers and till packers. Dealing with scheduling and capturing of worked hours and leave taken. I have learned to communicate better with my staff, understanding the diversity of the business and listening skills, I enjoy dealing with challenging issue everyday. The most challenging aspect of the job is not being able to control staff absenteeism.

It was good to work and earn experience i now know how to speak to customers and how to treat them .am very hard working person.fast learner and am prepared to work overtime.weekends and holidays

Hardworking and persistent prevail
working at retail solutions was a great opportunity for me as I learn how to get involved with a group working together to achieve a common goal. Contribution of time and effort to ensure that the customer service is a top priority is most important. Because a happy customer provides good business. However dealing with customers every day some time is difficult ,keeping calm even been called name's was my strong point, and maintain good customer service was key after all. Doing a great job is my priority even if i might hate the situation or circumstance .

Productive, excellent working of teams and lot of approval to our hard working as the stuff.
Working as a packer at makro was nothing more than being a blessing and a productive experience. We were told in order to make as the good team we should consider to voice out our opinions in transforming the performance in business. One had learned that a business lies on the team work, well knowing that our costumer are more important, that I've learned too. Knowing that too much pressure breaks one's capacity of doing the right thing, but working for Retail Solution at Makro supermarket, one thing I seem to enjoy a lot not a single person is putting too much pressure on the other. Being on a big company was the challenging part, one gets to see many people which we refer to them as costumers, but I managed to adapt to the environment then things settled as I desired.

Excellent learning curve
Its a great learning curve,every opportunity that comes is given to insiders. I would like to grow more as I can be able to teach others.its a company that care for their employees but don't give promotions for people to grow.
