Patience and strong personality

my typical work day its during the middle of the month where there are few customers,i have a very healthy relationship with my co-workers due ro the fact that we communicate and share ideas and also work as a team.i have learned to be strong and patient and cooperate.i enjoyed working in a team than on my own and when we agree on one thing that builts the company.the most challenging aspects of the job is working long hours and make sure of your availability even though not scheduled.Views not heard if you raise your voice your hours will be cut of.working as a 2ic but not paid for the possition.

Potential growth

We work long hours only one weekend off 195 hours even more per month.We do hv monthly incentives should we reach our monthly target.Not enough staff mrmber,no security,no store cleaners wr clean band guard ourselves 1 day off a month

Growing and sharing new ideas.

I get along with my staff there's a good working relationship even when sometimes say I am strict. I have learnt quite a lot but most importantly I have learnt how to be patient wit people. I enjoy reading and solving a problem. The most challenging aspects of my job is dealing with shop lifters and ensuring that the stock is safe as it will come back on you.

Pros: Great opportunities in showing your capabilities and exploring all round in the retail field.
Cons: Longs hours, Workshops of opening new stores and Seconding on other positions.

Hard working person

Communication skills helping other people laugh working experience communication is the key doing promotions together with smile on our face enjoying our work great teams every thing is perfect

Excellent challenge

Ssimplesr systems. Not the greatest system's though. If you working normal hours you won't get the job done that's for sure so weekends are always a given.
