good company to work for. But sometimes u are not noticed for the exceptional work that is done.allowance to travel is a plus as well as fuel card for travel is a benefit.

Intellectual and Skill Growth

Working at Retsol on a daily basis was an exciting experience,it was very fast paste and always changing with different challenges.Targets are set for a day and needed to be met within the give time that was the type of environment as it was a Retail business and we had provided support for both International and in country.My relationship with my colleagues was always pleasant and always satisfied as I believe there is always a solution to a problem.At Retsol I have learned that change is a good thing especially in the IT field as we need to keep up with R&D new tech does make life simpler and time is money.The most enjoyable part of my job was dealing with the end-user,troubleshooting issues and resolving issues.

Excellent learning opportunity. Believe in you.

Paced out. Good relationship with co workers. Position should not divide you. Learnt to deal with different calibre of people. Peoples strong and weak points is what helps us build each other. Meeting deadlines and been the first in doing so in a reasonable amount of time. Been spontaneous. Moved around in your learning.

Cons: Moving around alot
