Flexible work schedule

Rev allows me to have a flexible work schedule by working as many or as little hours as I can as long as I reach my personal targets. The job has sharpened my attention to detail and exposed me to work from various fields and major clients, providing an effective learning experience incidentally.

Pros: Flexible work schedule, variety of files and clients
Cons: Some files can be very difficult to work on and the pay is not as rewarding for those. No significant opportunities for growth.
