Company :BAW South Africa (Easy rent Department) Position :Collections and Customer Services Period :January 25 August 2014 to date Duties : I am at accounts department and my duties are (1) Receiving new accounts, capturing on the system, ITC checks and approvals (2) Following up on new clients reminding them to leave sufficient amount on their bank account for debit order purposes(3) Customer care for clients that prefers one on one meetings(4) Collections on overdue amount (5) Collections on overdue amount (6) Assisting dealer with any other queries or matters relating to contracts (7) Assisting repossession in tracking the vehicle and assisting client who surrender their vehicles voluntarily(8) Determining age analysis on the accounts (9)Responsible for daily, weekly and Monthly reports

There's a lot that i have learned and have grown professionally
I have a great relationship with my co-workers. i enjoy mostly their ability to share with me their challenges and helping them to find solutions in resolving their disputes. Im a client liaison officer therefore its easy for me to handle and be of assistance to my colleagues on whatever matter they are faced with.My most challenging aspects would be to find a balance on what the client wants and they require from my company and finding out that the requirements were not properly understood and implemented to the client's satisfaction.
Pros: Customer satisfaction- this is the liberating feeling in the world.
Cons: Too much travelling

Demotivating culture
The company lacks structure and communication with us (employees). There is no recognition for good or bad efforts and no performance management systems or criteria in place. Management is Inconsistant with decision making and instructions. Daily work is done with uncertainty. There is alot of potential in the company and its resources but very little desire to change coming from management

I'm a hard worker with 11 years experience as a debt collector I'm computer literate having good communication skills. I enjoy working with my colleagues as I spend most of my time with them. I'm having good telephone skills im reaching target every month and get incentives everyman

Challenging field
Loookig for a challenging job in all company field expect growth within the company,friendly environment where its easy to build.interpersonal relationship with co workers,no threats against employment.Dealing with different debtors on daily basis in very challenging as you have to educate them but that's what I enjoy most to.share know to someone who doesn't know anything.
