Fascinating learning experience

It's a good working environment because when I arrived within the company I didn't have any idea what RPA was all about up until I was given the opportunity to learn about it focusing on Blue Prism.Reflecting to my colleagues I must say that they are good people we really had a good understanding of one another as we were working within the same office.The most challenging aspects of the job was when it comes to deadlines but luckily I was able to finish the job on to time, I enjoyed almost everything within the company including the friendly colleagues I had within my office.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: The might be extended hours for a particular day in order for us as employees to reach deadlines

The working and learning environment is up to date

The company is a well established company ,the working environment is ok ,I also acquired new skills of software testing (web based applications) and also software development using C#

Pros: It was a great opportunity to be exposed to the real world working environment
Cons: No complaints working hours was ok

It's a good learning curve

It is a good company for learning. It gives a stepping stone towards your career and helping you figure out what you want. It just lacks a few things, one of them being perks, communication and growth. Although they have high reputation clients, the salary is not sufficient.

Pros: Big and well known clients
Cons: No benefits/perks

Excellence learning curve

In this Comanpy I have learnt how to treat my co-workers and how to work under pressure, how to handle an angry Boss. The most thing I enjoyed is when we work in teams because we learn more than when we work individually. The challenging aspect here is when we have a to work individually and the dead line for the project is limited. A typical day here is when  we have nothing to do and it gets boring and on top of that they want daily updates. The relationship with co-workers here is some how not okay because the relationship with the manager is not okay cause they don't communicate with us whenever something is wrong or changed they wait for us to ask if things are still they say we know.

Pros: Great working place
Cons: No fixed term

Excellent learning curve

Manage an update SharePoint, Attend to and resolve I.T related calls logged on the system, follow up on priority calls and manage customer expectation, close resolved calls and follow up with customer to ensure customer satisfaction, provide first line support and develop apps for flying technicians according to the specifications.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: long hours
