I have studied and graduated with a National Diploma in Safety Management.

Main Activities of this Role: � Assist develop, implement and maintain an effective program and ensure compliance to satisfy the Requirements of local legislation e.g. the OHS, COID and Environmental Conservation Acts � Assist develop systems to ensure all employees comply with all relevant legal safety requirements � Identify safety training needs, organize and co-ordinate safety training courses and prepare Training material where appropriate � Facilitate Induction and other identified training � Co-ordinate the monthly safety meeting O ensure meeting times are set O agendas are sent out O minutes are kept and Liaise with on-site contractors to ensure their compliance with safety regulations and Adherence to safe

An enthusiastic warehouses, inventory and or logistics professional with drive determination

 Manage the Inventory Reconciliation Accuracy Team (IRA Team).  Make sure that the unused packaging components are reconciled on time.  Ensure that the broken pallets are exchange and taken out from the warehouses.  Maintain a high level of accuracy of the stock items in the warehouses.  Trains and manages an inventory team.  Work closely with other managers of other departments in implementing the corrective actions.  Briefing team leaders on the issues for that particular day. 

Excellent learning curve, great exposure to the corporate world

Working at Revlon has been a total bliss, i always looked forward to going to work and facing new challenges daily. My colleagues are great people,always ready to assist when necessary and we work well in a team. I have learnt to be more confident in myself which has helped me when encountering challenging situations. As I am numbers driven, i enjoy working with the Finance team.

Pros: Great learning curve working within the Finance department.
Cons: There is no growth for my career.

Learning curve

Verification of equipments and releasing of bulk materials, attending production meeting. I have good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt that not trusting your sub-ordinates demoralizes them.
