Richs is a great work environment filled with enthusiastic worker who are very goal oriented and who strive together as a team, since I am the youngest of them all, the relationship is very mutual. I enjoy the fact that there's a lot of interaction with the customer and the employees them self, you truly feel like you working with family at Rich's

Value adding

I have learned a lot and also have added value by applying a lot that I have learned throughout my work experience. I had a good relationship with the co workers and have enjoyed the challenges that came with the job as a cost accountant.

Excellent working curve

I work from 6 to 3 but I have to wait until all the drivers are done delivering to do the final report on deliveries and plan for redeliveries for the next day if there are any. I also load, manage and manage trackmatic.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long working hours
