Day to day Task

Day to day work, Start with the safety meeting with the team. Then run production meeting with engineering, production team and senior management through Visual management chart(VMC).Were we tracked quality, breakdown, projects and daily plant maintenance tracking. Then engaged in level 2 meeting that involves Engineer, Plant manger, Metallurgist, Superintendents, Engineering and production supervisors. Midday we do leadership in the field(LIF),were leaders engaged with employees by having two way conversation, employees raise issues about their task and suggest improvement options to do the task better. As leaders we focus on the safety aspect of the task and ensure that employees comply to the company safety standard. I have open relationship with my employees were by any person can give a suggestion, that makes improvement to safety and production. Developed on how to manage safety , lead people, manage conflict.

Good company

Best company to work for.Safety is number one priority. Has many things to learn about , environmental is not bad the only challenge is road blockage from the community and contractors
