Great company to work for, learning new things every day, well recognized company. Good working relationship with coworkers and operational management activities what I enjoys the most not forgetting the sales & marketing , clients relationship. But the most thing I dislike is sitting meaningless meetings just for record keeping and no implementation. The worse thing I dislike is oppression from our line managers, humiliation and victimization.

Well representative

Bringing in registers The relationship is great I found them in good relations so join is never been hard Giving everything time and patience, what u give is what you'll receive , time management, sharing ideas I enjoy working with everyone and the tasks they are giving they think they are hArd but they are easy. When I don't deliver reports on time,when a fail to meet the daily target.

Excellent promotion opportunity

Working at at richfield college was a really good experience as it taught me a lot of skills such as teamwork, leadership, multi tasking and being able to handle pressure better. I have become a hard-working individual that I am today because of the company's seniors that patiently taught me me my daily duties

EXCELLENT

working at richfield has been great journey for me i have have learnt a lot from my superiors. everyday for me was a challenge cause dealing with people is not an easy job but i can say it made in a way.THE ORGANISATION REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT DEADLINES AND OBJCTIVES ARE ACHIEVED AND I DID JUST THAT AND THAT MADE ME GREAT
