Excellent and good working conditions

It is challenging lots of political tension and Management is always put under stress because of political infighting. There is also to much pressure put on contractors which affects service delivery

Pros: always learning something new, meeting new people and various cultures daily
Cons: long hours ,tolerance, patience, no overtime or stand-by, demotivation of staff

Broad and ranges to various skillful areas. Very positive for a stepping stone.

Normally, I engage with clients that require to do applications of development either for housing, business or any regarding Planning regulations. And with the Departments involved in the application processes, I work smoothly with other Departments.

Pros: Broadens my Planning Attributes and Development skills.
Cons: There are few clients at times, making the days much longer and slow.

I Enjoy working with people as this will always gives me an opportunity to learn new things not only specific to the work I am employed for but to but ensuring that I expose myself in all aspects and situation that may I may come across within the organisation.
