i work as a radiographer taking xrays on patients. we work as a team all the time except when you work alone at night. we deal with difficulty emergency cases every night. we see different cases of injury an dsickneeses almost everyday

I have gained lot of experience in Human Resource Management

I have learned a lot in the institution. In Human Resource Management and its subsections such as Human Resource Development, Labour Relations, Staff Wellness Programme and HR Practices. The ability to overcome challenges and Time management, communication skills. the knowledge of Batho Pele Principles computer skills

Excellent learning opportunity

Learning experience is good, provided the kind of equipment that is being used. But, the salary is way lower. The hours are hectic, and the workload is too much for someone who is still learning, or is not a fast learner. I am still able to manage work hours though, because I don’t have any family commitments.

Pros: Great learning in terms equipment use
Cons: Long working hours for family oriented individuals
