Strict and hard learning curve

All I can say is that my job was challenging and the working environment didnt make it any easier. Im hoping for better opportunities right now, All the employees that i worked with were friendly and helpful but what was challenging was the fact that they expected to know how to run certain aspects in the company, with no training given from them.

Pros: Great incentives and bonuses
Cons: Unbalanced working hours

Excellent learning curve

I'm currently looking for a job looking to expand my experience as I have worked with one company for the past 10 years and I feel as if I'm being restrained from my abilities a new experience. My experience with my co-workers is excellent and I've learned a lot from my current company.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
