Great exposure to high unionized environment

I have vast experience in Human Resources, Recruitment and Employee relations in a highly unionised mining environment. I am currently the HR Advisor for the mineral extraction on plant, looking after four plants and a mine utility and haulage department. I have been part of a project Operation Readiness team, where I provided expect HR, Recruitment and IR/ER advice to the project as the company expands. My current main focus is workforce planning, change management and innovation, HR policy update and revamp, remodelling culture by design, Training and capability development, succession planning, etc.

Professional in leaning,

Team worker, hard worker, ..... supportive, corrector,job description duties leading team, management leading moral support team, computer helper once necessary, programme, (SAP) code helper when necessary on demande of colleagues,anthousiam, learning fast,and growth with the carrier as hobby
