It teaches me how to work under pressure and be calm all the times, on.top of that I can deal and solve problems on my own but if not, my coworkers are always there to assist, that is team work. Good work environment

Normal day at work Overseeing buffet, assisting staff where need be, making sure staff adhere to company rules, making sure orders are prepared on time, checking if guests are happy , making sure the restaurant is kept to standard at all times

Pros: Good work environment
Cons: No overtime compensation
