Excellent work management

Ms Mulalo Ramabulana has completed N.Dip: Industrial Engineering at Vaal University of Technology and currently studying BTech: Industrial Engineering at UNISA part time. I have vast experience in lean manufacturing, Time and motion analysis, problem solving, developing and training individuals, Process monitoring, process charting, project management, scheduling and creating job cards. I am a determined, hardworking individual who thrives under pressure. I am able to plan and organize my work equally, to work independently or as part of a team. I have consistently worked to meet deadlines and l have a positive impact on any team I join. I have worked at Bridgestone tyre manufacturing company in Brits and currently working as a production assistant at RMA automotive situated at Ford motor company in Silverton.

GOOD LEARNING CURVE

THE COMPANY WAS GOOD, THERE ARE LOT OF OPPROTUNITIES TO LEARN AND THE TASK GIUVEN ALLOWS EACH INDIVIDUAL TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND LAOS TAKE OWNERSHIP OF A GIVEN TASK. THE COLLEGUES ARE GOOD AND SUPPORTIVE AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP WHEN EVER THERE ARE QUIRIES TO BE RESOLVED.

I would like to work for a company with promotion opportunities and more benefits

I am responsible to do Incoming and outgoing inspection of cars also incoming part inspection. Raise NCR and Quality alerts and updating of quality documents. I am a team player and believe in teamwork but can also work as a individual without supervision. The more experience you are as an inspector the easier decision making become. The thing I enjoy most is to be given more responsibility so that you can grow as a individual. The most challenging is all team members to have the same business understanding and work as a team.

Excellent learning experience regarding the automotive industry.

Check if all my operators are at work.Do daily production planning.Check status of machines and equipment.Order daily parts required.Interact with co-workers on issues or problems occurred.I have learnt to manage time, to work with various people, manage deadlines and daily goals.I enjoy to interact with the supervisors, team leaders and operators.To achieve the daily targets with the highest first time through persentage was amazing.The most challenging aspects is to make sure that all new processes and fitments are done and understand in the shotest time and with the least reworks and defects

Training oppertunities at company very poor.Management misuse workers.Very little respect for other workers.Only management count as per their mind set.
