To be trusted by internal and external clients with their monies means a lot

it is one of greatest thing ever to serve for the bank, working with big monies and be trusted that you'll deliver the best service and getting a complement is a cherry on top but as diverse as i am always looking forward for challenges and to improve day to day completes my soul. i am a team player and in soccer i'm a middle-fielder position to my co-workers and i have grown in understanding, reasoning and in perceptions which makes team to have a good spirit of togetherness though come mid month and month end volumes increases and everyone pushing up for stats and becomes very competitive in a good way and when we have a query that's when i do my part to calm the client and resolve the query smoothly though not every client is the same others are quick to escalate queries which is very challenging to deal with an internal but with experience nothing cannot be resolved.

Pros: personal development and i can tackle the world now
Cons: working with corporate clients always put you under pressure as they forever demand the best nothing less

Being a banker has told me to be accountable, reliable at all times

i started working as a courier driver at UTI and an Administrator to supervision and all that was a challenging journey for me but never look back as i was building myself and make name in the industry. i then join the bank as an admin clerk and up the way to Forex consultant and i have learned a lot about client services and with corporate client is more demanding and you have to be on top of your game at all times and i have achieved that and all i need now is a change to grow myself our of banking industry and be client to them. i will utilize all my experience wisely to benefit my new company and be an asset to them to effectively and effeciently do my work at a higher level.

Pros: well yes, from an admin clerk to a Forex consultant
Cons: long hours on month end because of high volumes

Enjoy what I am doing

I work in an Ultra High Netwoth pod, clients with a Netwoth of R100 million and above. It's always a challenge I enjoy and something new to learn on a continuous basis. I have helpful colleagues cause one cannot know everything irrespective of the years you've been in an organization that's continuously changing with the times, there's always support when required.

Pros: Learn complex deal making
Cons: Long hours indeed

Great culture,the culture of Ubuntu.Company very supportive to their employees

It is the best company to work for.I was administrator in Operations department.I enjoyed working there,had a very good relationship with my colleagues.I used to organise events for them,birthday parties,babyshowers etc.Flexibility was important in our department,learning to do different kinds of roles within the department gave me opportunity to learn and understand other people roles which made us work well together and honor the dead lines.Sometimes it was hectic you had to do two roles in a day but I enjoyed it.

Client engagements to solution for all their financial needs. I have learnt financial acumen, time and stress management and the able to grow value valuable and meaningful client relationships

Pros: Great industry that is changing but keeping the client at the center with compliance and risk being adhered to
Cons: Low salary
