I am of the opinion that I have the ability to communicate effectively in both Afrikaans & English. As an extrovert I have no problem communicating with people on any level. I believe that a good relationship with colleagues and clients goes a long way. I feel that a person needs to have good people to be effective and determined in anything, with the ability to solve problems efficiently in any work situation. I can operate without any supervision or very little supervision as long as I know what is expected of me. I experience a high grade of credibility amongst my friends and family and would like to maintain it throughout my life. I have great people skills and must always ensure to keep promises and deliver promptly

Company review

Flexi hours although this means also being available almost constantly. Blue and white collar environment. Directors are happy to let me run my department as I see fit and follow my suggestions in terms of Group strategy. They were bullied by three unions and we now have established fair mutual conditions of engagement with all three I am given freedom to do what is best for the Company and must just keep directors in the loop. Environment is friendly and happy however budgets are extremely tight which can frustrate the environment especially in terms of IT infrastructure, spend for training and development.

Pros: IR is intense and previously badly handled by law firm so it has been easy to succeed in this area. Open to new policies and changes
Cons: Not getting a happy medium in terms of work and personal time

Good learning experience

Days at work is always busy. I have learn alot amd i am grateful foe all my opportunities however i feel like the environment has changed and ir has become challenging to work with some of my co workers. I am at apoint in my career where i want to grow more but i wamt to be able to grow in a good environment where i am happy and not anxious and stressed about what my day will be like. I love what i do and i want to be able to give 110 % in my job. I have grown from an admim clerk to a payroll administrator which has been a great learning curve for me but i do feel like i cannot grow within a comany that im not happy in. I get along very well with most of my colleagues and i do not like conflict. Some employees do not work as a team which can tend to make things difficult
