I am a highly motivated individual with the ability to provide results under pressure.

Daily Duties Performing Time Studies, minimizing/eliminating waste, calculating the standard time and correcting / Verifying the headcount  Creating work instructions (Line Balancing) and implementing them using DIMAC methodology  Reducing the number of defects per part, and re-define an acceptable amount of defects. Tools used during this project were; Pareto Analysis, 5 Why, Root cause, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)  Investigating and scheduling all the activities/operation that needs cranes to prevent waiting time. The project resulted from complains about insufficient crane capacity.  Working with the Health and Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment. During the Project, I was following the National Building Standard of South Africa to ensure the company meets the minimum standard.

Excellent

Budget,factory maintance,scheduling and problem solving.Training of staff and have a good relationship with staff including there health and safety.I have learnt alot by working in all departments and running of the Joinery shop.I enjoy the production enviroment and making a differents in people staffs lives.Building nine million rand vessels in good qaulity and in five day cycle.

Hard worker always going the extra mile

working with 25 people . Everyday is challenging dealing with designers , managers , financial directors . I have came to learn allot in the company . The biggest challenge was starting to work in Joinery dep where we had to start from scratch to start the stores department.

Good

I i am a good person and i like to work for the company .i work hard and see th4a my work be done at time it was given to me. Its like u work for overtime and they don't see ure work. There are certain people that get promotion . So it was not the way to go and work for the company. So i like to work for a campany where i cam grow and when my years is done there i know wht i have work for.

LEARNING CURVE

HARD WORK AND A TYPICAL DAY IS NEVER ONE. CO WORKERS ARE NOT TEAMMATES. LEARNT ALOT ABOUT BOAT BUILDING COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE GROWTH FOR PEWOMEN OF COLOUR. MALES DOMUNATED. MOST CHALLENGING WAS MANAGEMENT EXPECTATIONS WHICH WAS NOT ALWAYS CLEAR.
