Top Sales executive
My 3years working experience with current employment has given me more confident as I got enough training on customer service, handling complains, follow up with suppliers and all admin duties.I'd say my main strength is leadership, I used to mentor my sales team to reach our goals and monthly figures. Good team work is also great for best results. The most challenging part of my job is to do admin , sales ,receive stock and be a cashier at the same time as the staff is few but with my furniture retails experience I found it less difficult. What I'm looking for is a company that values teamwork and group dynamic, where i can join strong team and have positive impact on the team dynamic and sales revenue.
Pros: I see this as an opportunity to show my skills in sales and customer service
Cons: I'm willing to work overtimes and used to work on public holidays

Learning new things
I am seller and goes in my blood,since I have done certificate in Marketing Management I can do better by rendering good service to the clients and be paid according to my work abilities,I love working with people as team but I like to give customers good service achieving set targets per monthly .
Pros: Getting paid well
Cons: Push for business and marketing the business to new clients
