.I was sales Representative of the 2018,2019 in Gauteng.

I enjoy seeing my clients on a regular basis to keep my relationship intact. I have a strong relationship with my co workers and Managers. I build a solid pipeline to always plan a head of my competition. Cold calling leads or potential clients. Focusing on my targets making sure i reach my daily budget. 2019 I reached Target 11 months in a row. Richard Strydom, ??

Pros: Was interviewed in 2018 in June to become Branch Manager, I was only employed at Roco for 6 months and had the opportunity to become Manager but i weren't ready yet as i didn't know much of the industry yet.But i enjoy working with Roco as they take care of their employees.
Cons: I would say the miscommunication between sales Representative's and Internals. Delivery some time a problem then the sales Representative have to explain to the client.

Excelent learning curve learning alot of the industrie

a typical day is comeing in the morning arangeing deliveries and stock and then going out to see customers the co workers are great and works together as a team i have learnedalot form the industire what i have enjoyed the most is that my boss is one of my personal friends the bigest challenge was to start with customers that refuse to buy from us and working with then continuesley to get them to start buying from us again.

Pros: good leadership
Cons: alot of driving
