Good relationship with co-workers. Regular Admin on a daily basis, organising and arranging. Learnt to do Pastel and Creditors at current company. Most challenging aspects, getting all documentation in order for every project we do and finish in time. I enjoy organising things, I need everything to be in place.

Pros: Learn new things everyday.
Cons: Can't get promoted.

Excellent individual

I work hard for the company ,i make sure that together with my team we push so hard to complete the project on time but we not giving respect of doing that by paying us our over time many before we can go and bag for it. Promotion is for ethics and bonus we see it after years.

Pros: not great opportunity for promotion
Cons: normal working hours
