Looking to expand professionally

I enjoy interacting with clients and co-workers, also assisting in different fields as it helps me grow as a person. I am passionate about people and it shows with the relationships I have built. so much has happened in my 3 years at my current job, learning to deal with deadlines and targets, also navigating my way through different and sometimes difficult personalities. The truly enjoy the feeling at the end of the day that I have accomplishes something or helped someone in either their work environment or personal life. It makes you want to do better, be better. I have found that working with many people there are going to be times when personalities clash or blame gets shifted, this could be with staff and clients even Managers, especially in a high stress job, it has been challenging, but challenges define you, you either learn and grow from these experiences or you let them get the better of you, challenges build character.

Opportunity to grow

Good day My current employ involves managing a staff of 30 employees, generating wages manually on a weekly basis and salaries each month. I also do reports on the sales reps and monthly reports to our accountant. I handle all debtors and creditors manually which is time consuming and highly challenging. Most staff look up to me as I am unbiased and fair, i believe in treating all co-workers, Management and factory staff with the same respect and courtesy, During my employ I have learnt to be patient and diligent, leaving no stone un -turned. The vibrancy and positive attitude in the office and factory, and respect we all have for one another, is something i treasure and will truly miss. The most challenging aspect of my job, is that there is no room for mistakes, as everything is done manually, a high level of concentration is required.
