To be sales consultant its good part because it helps in future to sell product

At rooks insurance broker's we as a team were helping each other to reach target,if you're behind and cut off its around the corner, were helping each other by giving away leads..but the problem was they've increase monthly target to 40 sales 20 trackers 20 funeral policy.I've learnt to be a hard worker to reach what expected from me.

Pros: Working from 9 to 5
Cons: Saturday shift

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

SOME DAYS ARE BUSY SOME ARE NOT. WE WORK WELL WITH MY COLLEAGUES. I HAVE LEARNT WHAT THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY IS ALL ABOUT. I ENJOY IT WHEN WE MAKING SALES AND BUSY, BECAUSE THAT MEANS MORE COMMISION FOR ME. GETTING CLIENT TO TAKE UP HIGH PREMIUMS WHEN YOU CAN NOT FIND CHEAPER ONES.

Pros: THE JOB IS GOOD FOR SOMEONE WHO JUST GOT FORM HIGH SCHOOL
Cons: TOO MUCH WORK LESS PAY
