It's good company who always growing and giving workers opportunities to learn and become something they want . I was glad to be part of them it was a very healthy and loving environment and it thought me how to deal with different people and how to solve a problem and make everyone happy

Great environment to work with.

Have learned to work as an individual and with a team, learned to be strong and handle different people on daily basis. The training program is well established and gives everyone the opportunity to learn.

I am a Trainer and Assessor, I have leadership skill - Restaurant General Manager

I Derick Motloutsi work at Belfast as a General manager, I have worked with Madiro Fast foods as well KFC franchise. I have people skills, I lead by example, I have computers skills and 6year of my services as a manager. Well groomed trainer, customers maniac dedicated person with integrity. I meet my last year's sales and transactions with good percentage and still manage my labour, stock and other variable costs maximizing profits. The reason why I apply is to learn more in fashion world and excell with skills.

Pros: I have potential and believe in possibilities, I am creative and plan ahead; career driven and knowledgeable about customers needs.
Cons: I work long hours and night's shift sometimes. I work holidays and weekends to ensure good service during busy hours.

Excellent

I am hard worker,dedicated person. I am willing to relocate. Very good in business skills, good ideas, very good in puting them in to practice.I was transfered to Marble Hall because of skills I have, results I got in time of my management

Pros: Good opportunities for promotion.
