Excellent learning curve

I do lesson preparation before I go to class. This involve doing research and preparing slides for the subject we will discuss in class. I do presentation to students and we engage in class discussion. I have a good work relationship with my co-workers and my students. We work as a team. My experience as a lecture has greatly enhanced my communication, presentation and research skills. I enjoy explaining complicated concept to students. My accademic Administration skills has greatly improved from what they were when I stated my lecturing career.

Cons: Too much administration

Good learning

I am a student at Rosebank Collage Monday till Thursday, I have a great relationship with my mate, I challenge them with a Pool game after classes during week. In Rosebank Collage I have learnt to be extra responsible and look after the person next to me at all times. Do actives that will keep my mind active. Mostly I enjoy being in Lecture rooms having educational conversations and showing or helping each other with what one did not understand. It brings smiles and fun time as well. The most challenging thing would be wring surprise test while one thought will study during the weekend.
