A Great opportunity

My typical work day is very busy and deadline driven, but I enjoy this very much. We are a team of 10 ladies in the debtors department and very close, we tend to be more like family than colleagues. I have not just learned about the work and reports but also how the economy effects the companies of south Africa with every movement. I love my job enormously as I have a passion. The challenging aspects of the job is to act within the best interest of the company but also to still have the human aspect in dealing with customers.

Pros: It is a great family base company with understanding management that encourage you to build and grow,
Cons: Far from home

More experience gathered

It is nice working on this company because i can say i know almost every electrical duties,as i am working under maintenance department we are working after we recieve a breakdown,if we do not get any breakdown we make sure we keep our station as clean as we can Relationship between co-workers is very good,we listen to each other as it's a mix of white and black people,we respect each other But safety is not good i can tell,eg as we are about to replace bulbs at workshops we use overhead cranes to reach a light fitting,one should be on the crane then the other one should opperate the crane I enjoy building panels from sketches

Pros: chances of promotions are less
Cons: from 7h00 to 4h30
