good team work many people are willing to assist especially when working on a site or doing a installation. you go to work knowing that you will learn something new. the most challenging aspects of the job is pushing for project deadlines. i love challenges

Excellent learning experience

A typical work day includes designing, project planning and management. Some project require site installations at the end of the project to provide full turnkey solutions. The guys in the office are very nice and helpful, excellent for growth and good teams work. Help is offered when needed and everyone is always willing to lend a hand. The design office if the most exciting part. The challenge is actually the fun part which is problem solving in designing solutions.

Pros: Great company culture
Cons: Long work hours
