There are no structures designed for growth

At Royal I like the fact that although an employee has a job tittle but he or she ends up doing almost evrything within the company, which gives the employee experience in all aspects. Meeting deadlines is not a challenge to me, I set my goals and prioritize which makes thing very easy for me. I'm always helpfull to my coleagues as well.

Pros: Oportunities are very slim within the company.
Cons: I work Monday to Friday from 07h00 to 17h00 and again on Saturday from 08h00 till 13h00.

Excellent learning curve

I love where I'm working right now is the salary I'm getting is to small to sustain my self, I'm honest , and a hard working person , even my employer love my work and my attitude. I take my work very seriously I'm always on duty and pantuality is my first name.

Excellent in communication

Friday is the best working day of the week ad more productive. My relationship with workers is very excellent and we understood each other as workers of the company.I have learnt many things such as how to conduct myself with customers and employees.Working with tax payers and help them with assistance.To search male employees during certain periods of my day job

Not good

Bad working environment No scope for growth I wish I had good things to say but unfortunately I don't. Work weekends and public holidays Not appreciated at all for all the hard work and dedication to the company.

Would love to work closer to the nature as this is a passion for me and not just another work

I lived on a student cattle farm overseeing the daily tasks interact with potential cattle buyers and was responsible for health and safety and risk assessment is underwent a stockman weekend at zz2

Excellent

I have been in the Security Industry for 14 years without a single written warning. My job has taught me to be a good listener and a problem solver. I am down on earth and respect the views of my Fellow colleagues. I am a highly rated employee and my colleagues know that am not a trouble maker. Being a Security Officer, I have learned a lot, especially when people call you about all the bad names. You have to swallow it if you really love your job. I have good interpersonal skills.

Pros: Respect, punctuality, cleanliness, discipline, organization, interpersonal skills, perseverance, etcetera
Cons: Long working hours, never burn fire
