I work from 7am till 5pm daily The relationship with workmates is quite pleasing I have learnt quite a lot 1)never quarrel with a customer 2)observe the problem first the problem and then comment 3)respect your customer 4)constantly give feedback on work progress 5)cascade problems if you cant solve 6)Listen to your customer 7)teamwork conquers 8)if in doubt ask I enjoy hitting records and winning, i enjoy troubleshooting on breakdowns and solving problems challenges are not getting support or material to execute the job I trained in a sugar factory were weighing is the core business .Weighing plays a bigger role in paying farmers who supply sucrose to the factory .The accurate measurement helps the company to get the right returns in sales and minimizes customer complaints about raw deals .

Cons: no study leave ,limited chances for promotion

Company which is result driven. where employees are rewarded by profit sharing if the set targets are met .its a nice working environment .A Typical day involves attending a toolbox talk .Make plans for the day review the performance of previous day discuss callouts .Attend sectional meeting where problems are discussed with senior staff .The relationship with coworkers is mutually .

Pros: decisions are democratic
Cons: no chances of growth

Its an excellent working environment just that am on contract and is due to expire

Am an Apprenticeship trained class 1 instruments Technician with more than 10 years post training . My Experience varies from Sugar manufacturing to Cement Manufacturing and Coal mining and processing .A typical day involves attending safety meetings ,production meetings ,attending to breakdowns ,projects .The company values evolves around Respect ,Integrity and work .RSSC is results driven and has priority on minimizing LTA (Loss Time Available)and emphasis on quality of work and quality of product The main challenge has been the Span of Control

Cons: Managing bigger scope of factory

AM AN APPRENTICESHIP TRAINED INSTRUMENTS TECHNICIAN .CLASS ONE TRADE TESTED .HAVE MORE THAN TEN YEARS WORKING ON WEIGHING EQUIPMENT .HAVE WORKED ON BATCH SCALES ,PLATFORM SCALES ,WEIGHBRIDGES .HAVE INSTALLED AND COMMISSIONED A BATCH MACHINE FOR WEIGHING MUD AT MHLUME SUGAR FACTORY AND AT HIPPO VALLEY USING THE L336 DIGITIZER
