Good learning curve for experience, production and more

Work experience is challenging but good I've worked here along time but I feel it's time to move on, I've learnt a lot like from production right up to sales. Most of the co workers aren't team players , the company has its upsides and downsides. There is no motivation unfortunately.

Cons: No promotion, No overtime pay , and most people are very rude

Good working environment

I worked almost 2 years and our in-house department environment is very well. I gain a lot of experience during the course of the process and I am willing to learn up and advanced my self in the near future.

Pros: There is room for improvement
Cons: Long working hours
