Looking for new opportunities to go to the next level to embrace the various cultures to add value it's all about food and excellent service maintain and grow relationships food passion and people rectify non compliance bring new innovative ideas and cuisine to the table empower employees to take ownership and responsibility too see excellence in what they do do high profile functions and events have the teams buy into the concept of continual improvement and growth to be passionate about the food service industry do internal chefs competitions have high profiled chefs including my self be part of the judge panel able to work in all sectors and facilitate facets of the cookery certificate and diploma to the less educated to instill those skills in themselves to see people grow and share my knowledge help them attain there dreams and aspirations

Hard Working

I believe that my resume’ will demonstrate that I have the range of skill and experience to be able to achieve in the advertised position. I am also familiar with the computer system.
