The challenging part is trying to reach targets for the month

I am a 52 year old vibrant and professional lady.I work for Royce Imaging manufacturing company and I have worked in all the departments here from Reception ,Sales and Admin.I have an awesome relation with all my co workers ,we do a lot of multitasking.I I have learnt a lot about re manufacturing and Sales.I enjoy liaising with the customers and most of theses customers have become my friends. The challenging part is trying to reach targets for the month.

Pros: Great incentive are rewarded.
Cons: Trying to achieve targets.
