It is a good learning curve.

It has been a good learning curve. On a typical day, we perform software and system upgrades, perform testing and documentation. I get along with my colleagues and we work very well as a team. We assist each other where there is a need but we are a very strong team. I have learnt to work well in a team, I have advanced my programming skills. I enjoy learning new programming languages. The most challenging aspect has been picking up the slack of other team members to finish a project.

Pros: I have learnt about the work environment.
Cons: Non Equal opportunities.

I have learned a lot of project managment skill

I work within a team of 5 BA's and 1 technical lead. The team is a great team we all get along with each other. Every BA is working on their own project and there is a lot to learn everyday because apart from compiling BRS's, FRS's and modelling business processes we work in other projects. In the process we get to learn project management skills. I enjoy the challenges of learning how the different department work. The most challenging part of the job is getting the stakeholders to co-operate and commit to the meetings.

Great environment to learn and grow in knowledge.

Managing of the junior development team. - Your relationship with co-workers RQTech is such a small company that we all look at each other as family. - What you have learnt I started at RQTech without a lot of development experience, and I have learnt a lot in my time here, and because we are so small, everyone has an opportunity to learn all the different languages. - What you enjoy most I enjoy the Work and family environment. - The most challenging aspects of the job The balance between development, managing interns and creating specs, while I create relationships with clients.

Cons: No room for improvement.
