Organized, planing,motivate and talk intermis of people

I work at rs with my collegeu and my works. We have good relationship,when we plan we give any works to put any input for production. I'm gud in listening and motivating ,incoureg ,problem solving band organization

Pros: working with tagert and quality control, planing towards, serving time
Cons: manday to Friday or maybe ungert on weekend
