Good learning curve.

Daily Duties: Support 50 users Windows and Mac Managing 8 Windows servers(2008,2012,2016), and 12 Linux servers. Daily server checks to ensure high availability of all systems. Ensure optimal efficiency of VMware systems. Design, install and support VMware. Copier and Printer troubleshooting. Voip (Yealink and Snom) support. Checking and configuring backups onsite and offsite. Active directory DHCP, DNS support. VPN and RDP and port forwarding setup and support. Microsoft 365 support. Ordering services like Fibre, Voip, Telkom, Irontree backup, antivirus, software licensing, order toner PC parts etc. I have a very good relationship with all co-workers Technology is ever changing and you need to keep up with the latest trends, software, hardware,etc. What I enjoy most is I can plan my own days work. Most challenging of the job is I am the only I.T. guy here and have no support, I have to solve all the problems alone.

Pros: I can plan my own day, as long as the job gets done.
Cons: Working after hours without remuneration.

Excellent growth in all aspects of human resources

The role involves the full human resource generalist function. * hands on from advertising positions to setting up of interviews, conducting reference checks, offering of employment to the induction of new employees. *training needs analysis; facilitate training; coordinate and manage external training * advise line management on all disciplinary issues and counsel staff on any personal issues that impacts on their productivity. * drafting of policies and procedures, workshopping this with management and ensuring the adherence of this. *wages I work very hands on with all managers of the company including both directors.

Pros: Great open culture, family orientated which allows for flexibility
Cons: limited budgets to fully implement further hr initiatives; no growth opportunities.

A very fast paced manufacturing plant,with very critical deadlines. Very co operative team and teamwork that delivers,superior quality that exceeds clients expectations. Enjoy a very fast paced ,quick reaction time and continuous productivity. A very productive plant ,producing consistent quality 24 hours a day
