I have good administration skills communication skills I work as team as well individually. I am in depended person and realiable. I enjoy a good working environment however am person who eager to learn and take on New challages.

I would like to leave now

I feel that I have overstayed my welcome as a result everyday I am being negative and getting used to disappointments. We work in silos. The leadership is not building teams and the organisation is not good at learning.

Pros: It's the highest administration in SA with exposure into law making processes and possibilities to influence how the spheres of government can work well together
Cons: the people and deeply entrenched cultures in the organisation make working life unbearable
