Excellent learning curve

I loved the culture, family oriented company. Good place to learn and grow. Very fast pace, technical, customer service, administration was my main duties. Very friendly stuff, easy access to managers and directors.

Good learning for personal growth

The company is laid back with bursts of productivity as the pace is set from a coach management style meaning that it the level of output is not consistent but the numbers are met when needed. The political culture is the downfall but a very good learning curve as it taught me to pick my battles and how to handle corporate politics. The company was a delight as it's located at a beautiful part of town with good benefits and easy access to social factors. I will always be grateful for the opportunity and hope they continue on their path of growth and development.

Learning curve

RSAWEB is a growing ISP. There are opportunities to learn about new processes and help improve existing processes. On a daily, I process orders for fibre and Home LTE internet I answer phone calls related to billing, order completion, technical support, promotions and products, sales etc I have learned time management, self-management, project management, customer service and team management and team cooperation. The most challenging aspect of the job is the quantity of work related to the size of the team. Every inquiry goes through the projects team first before being assigned to the relevant department.

Pros: great opportunity to learn the job for an entry level employee
Cons: excessive work load for a 7 men team
