I do have an experience for warehouse picking and packing as I worked at Shoprite before ,and um currently working as receiver at pick n pay warehouse for online shopping at Meadowdale Gauteng...I am hard working person.i am friendly and I enjoy working as a team.i am also fast I learning

I am looking for a new challenge in a different business environment

I am the Operations Executive. Provide 13 different sites with an operation plan. I ensure execution of the operational plan. We work in a strict deadline environment - high pressure. I do manage 1600 people and 13 managers. It is an environment that is target and goal orientated that requires discipline. I work 14 hour days.

Pros: I want to expand my knowledge
Cons: Extreme working conditions in supplying labor

Great learning

Managing of 1600 staff on a national basis. Operations plan supply and execution Stock audit and verification - Process compliance General management and client orientated. Meetings attend and travel through the regions.

Ability to work as a team

Its nice working with my current colleagues and my employer

I enjoyed working at rsc I've learnt a lot from them which i think it will be beneficial to your company . I am now willing to learn new things. I would appreciate you if u could give me a chance to be the one of your employees.

Pros: m grateful for the things i just learnt
Cons: there is no over time actually we're not getting paid for an overtime because sometimes we working from 6 to 6. we are not getting paid for an holiday, you only getting paid if you working on that day. sometimes we work few days sometimes 14 days per month. its not good at all

What I learned in this company is that put your company first

I was working six to six and my relationship with my co-workers was very good it was good relationship, and the things I learn to the company put your company first work hard love your job teach others the work the ones who are new in the company come with new ideas, and the things I enjoy most out of work go out with to play soccer c, and the most challenging aspect was over time six to six especially when it's stock takeolleagues
