IN TERMS OF THE WORK OVERLOAD WITHIN EACH AND EVERYDAY IT IS BENEFICIAL AND MANAGEABLE DUE TO NEED TIMING AND WORK BREAK DOWN STRUCTURE, IN TERMS OF RELATIONSHIP IS A MUTUAL ONE WHERE BY CO-WORKERS AND MY SELF WE INTERACT WITH ONE ANOTHER IN TERMS OF HOW BEST TO ACHIEVE GOALS AND OBJECTIVE OF THE DEPARTMENT, THROUGH OUT I HAVE LEARN THAT WITHIN THE WORK PLACE WE MUST BE GUIDED BY ETHICS, MANAGERIAL PROCEDURE IN ACHIEVING GOALS AND IN TERMS OF THE WORK, WHERE IN I HAVE EARN THE PRACTICAL PART OF THE STUDY, I ENJOY BEEN EMPOWER AND VISITING PROVINCES IN SEEING WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE GROUND ROOTS LEVEL AND CHALLENGING PARK ESPECIALLY DEALING WITH DATA COLLECTION IS THE LANGUAGE BARRIER, ESPECIALLY IN VISITING PROVINCES AND ESPECIALLY IN ANALYSIS OF FACTUAL AND DESKTOP DATA.

Pros: BEING ABLE TO DO WORK ON YOUR OWN, MEETING DEADLINES, TIME EFFECTIVENESS
Cons: SOMETIMES IF WORK IS OVERLOAD

I have learned things that i didnt know off

My daily job is to caputure S&T Terminate policy where by you cancell the debit oder if the claint ask sow Capture bank details if the claint wants to change the bank that he/she was paid to it verifiying bank detail to chech wherether the bank account is active safety web filling Emails

Work with all levels from CEO to junior stuff with assisting with any computer related issues

Work with all levels froI am a very goal orientated individual and offer motivation, honesty, responsibility, efficiency, high morals and standards to my future employer. I am willing to engage myself in a learning curve as I am a very disciplined and responsible person. I can learn to work under pressure as I am a hard-working person. I can adjust and be in sync with changes in the environment that I am in. I will be able to shift priorities to accommodate changing job demands as I am a chameleon because I blend and am very punctual person m CEO to junior stuff with assisting with any computer related issues

Excellent customer service

Well organized colleague's with good attitude which intend to have a more interesting working environment, challenging part is working under pressure which means every day we must reach a certain target
