Co-workers have become family, shift work, most challenging is sometimes having to work double shifts when extremely busy. No growth opportunity, work life balance not great, no perks

Social person excellence in willing to learn perfect time management skills

A typical work day is getting to work in the morning and have our boh meeting with my court monitors to see how everyone is doing are there any personal issues is every one clear minded and ready to work . My relationship with my co workers is very good because of the respect we have for one another and knowing how to separate work from friendship has really been beneficial to me to get to where I am today

Pros: Promotion to senior management
Cons: Double shifts
