In the last 22 years I have worked in the business operations and in the IT side of the company.i have done project management, systems testing and training, Policy and procedure documentation, strategy and business pllanning. I've enjoyed mostly doing re-engineering of existing business processes and documenting the to-be design which was integrated into system design.
